Sleep Week 2025 is here so we're shouting even louder about the importance of sleep as the basis of good health and overall wellbeing. From Hatch to Oura and Rise and more, there are many brands using technology to bring you innovative sleep solutions.

While sleeping on the best mattress for your sleep needs is key to unlocking a comfortable night's rest, there are now more sleep gadgets entering the market, helping you take the quality of your slumber to the next level.

As a sleep tech writer, I've been putting these gadgets to the test to see if they can really enhance sleep the way they promise to. As a result, there are a handful of products I now rely on to fall asleep fast, sleep better than ever and wake up refreshed (the Hatch sunrise alarm clock, Oura Ring and SOMO sleep mask included.)

If you're also on the hunt for a new mattress, we've gathered up the strongest savings in our Sleep Awareness Week mattress sales hub. But for the best sleep tech deals to shop right now, here's my top 5 gadgets....

1. Hatch Restore 3 sunrise alarm clock:$169.99now $139.99 at Hatch

1. Hatch Restore 3 sunrise alarm clock: was $169.99 now $139.99 at Hatch
Hatch is the brand behind our best sunrise alarm clock of the year. The Hatch Restore 3 is the latest model in their catalog, offering everything I loved about the Hatch Restore 2 alongside enhanced audio performance, more customization options and phone-free control. With the Restore 3, Hatch combines a sleek design with authentic sunrise and sunset simulations and calming sleep sounds. It is a stylish bedroom accessory with a host of function that improve your both wind-down routine and wake-up routine. Hatch are knocking $30 off the full price this Sleep Week with the code SLEEPWEEK30. Free shipping and a 30-night bedside trial is included.

2. Rise Science sleep app:$69.99now $41.99 at Rise

2. Rise Science sleep app: annual subscription was $69.99 now $41.99 at Rise
The Rise Science app is a handy tool that has been helping me maximise my productivity through the day by teaching me how to harness my natural energy peaks and troughs. The app is a sleep tracker, gentle alarm clock and a personal sleep coach in one. Based on your own biology, it tells you the best time to do everything, from when to have your final cup of coffee to when you should make the most of an energy spike and when to wind down for bed so you can maximize your sleep quality. The app was founded by sleep scientists Jeff Kahn and Leon Sasson who have experience in helping top-tier athletes improve their performance with the power of sleep. This Sleep Week, there is 40% off an annual Rise subscription, bringing the yearly bill down to $41.99 from $69.99. Plus you'll still get a free 7-day trial.

3. Oura Ring Gen3:$299now from $249 at Oura

3. Oura Ring Gen3: was from $299 now from $249 at Oura
Providing you don't get too caught up in the stats, tracking your sleep is a beneficial way of staying o top of your rest and holding yourself accountable when it comes to following a consistent sleep schedule. I've been testing the Oura Ring 3 and I'm obsessed with this wearable sleep tracker. It tells me how long I spent in each sleep cycle, how long it took me to fall asleep, my total sleep duration and how ready I am to take on the day, according to the quality of rest I bagged overnight. While some wrist-worn sleep trackers can feel clumpy and irritating to sleep in, I've found a smart ring to be more comfortable. Plus the plateau design and silver finish gives it a stylish look, so I'm happy to wear it through the day to continue tracking my health metrics. There's also other colors available including gold, rose gold, titanium and black. The price you pay will depend on the style and color you go for. But you can save up to $200 now with prices ranging from $249 (was $299) to $349 (was $549).

4. SOMO Sleep Fitness mask:$80now from $59 at SOMO Sleep Fitness

4. SOMO Sleep Fitness mask: was from $80 now from $59 at SOMO Sleep Fitness
The SOMO Sleep Fitness mask uses acupressure therapy to help you alleviate stress and induce calm at bedtime. Fitted with a disk between the eyebrows, the eye mask applies gentle pressure to the Yin Tang acupoint. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, this relieves anxiety, calms the mind and reduces restlessness all while blocking out light pollution to enhance sleep quality. The mask comes in two models — the sport and luxe — and five chic color options including midnight, mesa, amber, dune and surf. SOMO are knocking 25% off now, bringing a sport mask from $93 to $69 and the luxe from $80 to $59.

5. Mixx Assistive Audio Sleep Earplugs: $14.99 at Amazon

5. Mixx Assistive Audio Sleep Earplugs: $14.99 at Amazon
The Mixx Assistive Audio Sleep Earplugs are noise-reducing helping you block out your noisy sleep vices no matter where you are, be that a snoring partner, outside traffic or aeroplane cabin noise. They're reusable and washable, providing a sustainable earplug option. Additionally, designed with soft, hypoallergenic silicone and available in three sizes, they sit comfortably in your ears, even if you're a dedicated side sleeper. The Mixx Assistive aren't on sale right now. But at full price you bag them for just $14.99 at Amazon — I think that's great value on a nightly sleep solution, hence why I'm still including them here.
