Despite these mattresses having the same firmness rating, the DreamCloud memory foam will likely feel a little softer as it has a soft-to-the-touch cashmere-blend cover followed by two layers of breathable, quilted foam. There’s then a layer of therapeutic gel memory foam which is designed to conform to the body’s shape and provide support where it’s needed the most.
