If you're hoping to develop your practice, the best yoga YouTube channels are a great place to start, whether you're new to yoga, looking for a specific style, or want an inclusive space to move your body. These are our favorite options.

  • Best yoga YouTube channel for men

Yoga is a practice anyone can do, but many yoga YouTube channels definitely aim classes at women. That's not the case with Breathe and Flow, a channel run by Bre and Flo, two registered yoga teachers and former Silicon Valley pros.

The now-married couple left their corporate jobs to focus something more meaningful, starting the Breathe and Flow community together. And while stereotypes would lead people to believe that yoga is a predominantly female-heavy discipline, yoga for men is rising in popularity.

The American Journal of Men's Health suggests this is partly due to the lack of male instructors which makes it harder to find role models in the practice. Bre and Flo are aware of this, and use their channel to incorporate men and women, with playlists around yoga for men and pregnancy yoga.
