Does Herman Miller offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders to the mainland UK come with free shipping as standard. The only noted exception is Northern Ireland - orders to this region will incur a shipping fee of £50. Any additional shipping fees will be shown at the checkout, so keep an eye out when placing your order.
What is the Herman Miller return policy?
You can send any items you aren't happy with back to Herman Miller for a refund, so long as you do so within the first 14 days of your delivery. Note that you'll be charged a £49 collection fee for seating and desk products. Just get in touch with the support team to start arranging a return.
