Scotland were impressive against England. Although some commentators unfairly suggested that Luke Cowan-Dickie's moment of madness lost England the game, the fact is that Scotland's good play forced him into his misguided action — and they might well have scored anyway. No, Scotland won rather than England losing — and there's every reason to think they could beat the Welsh too.

However, they'll have to do so without flanker Jamie Ritchie, who has been ruled out for the rest of the tournament. He's replaced by Sam Skinner and there's also an entirely new front row composed of Pierre Schoeman, WP Nel and Stuart McInally. There's also a change in the backs, where Sione Tuipulotu starts at inside centre in place of Sam Johnson.

The Welsh are the reigning Six Nations champions, but looked anything like it against Ireland, going down 29-7 in Dublin. Then again, it's hardly surprising given how many key figures they have out injured. Lions stars Alun Wyn Jones, Dan Lydiate, George North and Leigh Halfpenny are among a glut of players still missing, and to that list they can now add Josh Adams.

Owen Watkin starts at centre in his place, while Alex Cuthbert comes in on the wing.  Jac Morgan makes his debut at flanker, with Ross Moriarty also starting. Captain Dan Biggar will reach a landmark 100 tests today, as will centre Jonathan Davies if he comes off the bench.

Here's how they line up:

Wales: L. Williams; Cuthbert, Watkin, Tompkins, Rees-Zammit; Biggar (capt), T. Williams; W. Jones, Elias, Francis, Rowlands, Beard, Basham, Morgan, Moriarty

Replacements: Lake, G. Thomas, Lewis, S. Davies, Wainwright, G. Davies, Sheedy, J. Davies

Scotland: Hogg (capt); Graham, Harris, Tuipulotu, Van der Merwe; Russell, Price; Schoeman, McInally, Nel, Gray, Gilchrist, Skinner, Watson, M. Fagerson

Replacements: Turner, Sutherland, Z. Fagerson, Bradbury, Darge, White, Kinghorn, Redpath

The entire Six Nations rugby will be shown on free-to-air TV in the U.K. — and that's great news wherever you are.

The games are being split between BBC and ITV, but in the case of the Wales vs Scotland live stream you'll find it on BBC, or BBC iPlayer online, with kick off set for 2.15 p.m. GMT. The game will also be shown on S4C in Wales.

If, however, you're a Brit with a valid TV licence who isn't in the U.K. right now, you can still watch services from your home country. All you'll need is one of the best VPN services, like ExpressVPN. Read on and we'll explain…

How to watch the Wales vs Scotland live stream in the Six Nations wherever you are

The Wales vs Scotland live stream will be shown on many different channels across the world, but what if you're not in your home country and want to watch it on your usual service?

The answer is to use a VPN, or virtual private network. A VPN will let you tune into your home coverage from wherever you are — meaning that if you're abroad, you can use one of the best VPN services to watch the games live as if you were in your lounge.

Our favorite right now is ExpressVPN, thanks to its combination of superb speed, great customer service and excellent device support. It also offers a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee, so you could check it out without having to sign up long term.

ExpressVPN

Speed, security and simplicity combine to make ExpressVPN our favorite VPN service. In our testing, we were impressed by its fast connection times and by its ability to access more than 3,000 services in 160 locations across 94 countries. A 30-day money-back guarantee is another bonus.

Using a VPN is incredibly simple.

1. Install the VPN of your choice. As we've said, ExpressVPN is our favorite.

2. Choose the location you wish to connect to in the VPN app. For instance if you're in the U.S. and want to view a U.K. service, you'd select U.K. from the list.

3. Sit back and enjoy the action. Head to BBC iPlayer or another service and watch the game.
