Presidents’ Day has been and gone, but many of yesterday’s mattress deals are still live today — for now. We've done a full sweep this morning of the deals still available to shop, and to track any changes in price and discount compared to what we saw during Presidents’ Day itself.

Saatva has extended their $400 off all mattresses over $1,000, which means there’s still time to buy a queen Saatva Classic for $1,699 at Saatva (was $2,099.) We don’t expect to see prices drop this low until Memorial Day in late May, so it’s definitely worth taking advantage of this Saatva Presidents’ Day sale while you still can.

On the other side of the price spectrum, there’s also a brilliant sale on the Awara mattress – buy a 10” Awara Natural Hybrid for $664 at Amazon (was $949). That's a fantastic price for a fiberglass-free and toxin-free natural mattress.

We’re passionate about mattresses and have tested, reviewed and ranked the latest beds when compiling our best mattress guide for all sleepers and budgets — many of which are discounted in the extended Presidents’ Day sales.

We’ve sectioned off today’s extended sales by sleep position, mattress type and for those with a budget of $400 and under, so you can quickly find the mattress you need at the price you want. But you’ll have to be quick, these mattress deals won’t stick around for much longer.

There are hundreds of mattresses on sale for Presidents' Day 2025. These are the very best deals you can buy right now, as selected by our experts:

1. Saatva Classic Mattress (queen)
Top pick
1. Saatva Classic Mattress (queen): was $2,099 now $1,699 at Saatva

The Saatva Classic is the best hybrid mattress we've tested for most sleepers. It scored a 5/5 in our Saatva Classic mattress review with our reviewers praising it for pressure relief (less aches and pains while sleeping) and lower back support. The Classic also looks like a luxury hotel mattress and the handcrafted build quality is very good. It won't support weights over 600lbs (heavy couples could look at the DreamCloud below instead), but otherwise this is an excellent mattress that suits all sleep positions. Saatva's Presidents' Day mattress sale takes $400 off all mattresses over $1,000, bringing a queen down to $1,699 (was $2,099.) This is the cheapest price we expect it to sell for this year.

2. Nectar Classic Memory Foam (queen)
$599 of free bedding
2. Nectar Classic Memory Foam (queen): was $1,664 now $649 at Nectar Sleep

This 50% off mattresses plus a free bedding bundle worth $599 is the best Nectar mattress sale we've seen in years. It will get you a queen Nectar Classic for $649 and a free mattress protector, sheet set, and two cooling pillows worth $599. That’s outstanding value for money on the best memory foam mattress of the year. Testers for our Nectar Classic Memory Foam Mattress review found the Nectar Classic supportive for all sleep positions and most body types. It relieves aches and pains by contouring the body and removing all pressure points around the shoulders and hips. Super-comfy and it sleeps fairly cool.

3. DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid Mattress (queen)
Hotel luxury for less
3. DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $1,664 now $665 at DreamCloud

If you like the Saatva but have a smaller budget, or you and your partner weigh over 600lbs combined, the DreamCloud is a good alternative. It doesn't compare to the Saatva in terms of overall build quality and performance, but considering it costs $665 for a queen versus $1,799 for a Saatva, the DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid is great value. Our DreamCloud mattress review team found it comfy for stomach and back sleeping, but lightweight side sleepers should consider the Zinus below instead. DreamCloud's Presidents' Day sale is the same DreamCloud mattress sale we see year-round, but it's still one of the best deals you'll find during the Presidents' Day sales.

4. Zinus 12" Green Tea Memory Foam (queen)
Less aches and pains
4. Zinus 12" Green Tea Memory Foam (queen): was $230 now $195 at Amazon

The Zinus Green Tea Mattress is one of the best cheap mattresses for easing general aches and pains. Because it's on the softer side of medium firm we recommend it to side and back sleepers of a lighter to average weight. If you're heavier or prefer a firm memory foam mattress then the best Presidents' Day deal for you is 53% off the Siena Memory Foam mattress (queen priced $349 at Siena Sleep). Otherwise this Zinus deal is excellent value with a queen down to just $195 with free shipping – that undercuts official Zinus prices by some margin. We haven't found it cheaper elsewhere online yet.

5. Awara 10" Natural Hybrid Mattress (queen)
Naturally cooling
5. Awara 10" Natural Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $664 now $949 at Amazon

You rarely get certified latex mattresses at this price, making Amazon's queen size Awara 10" Natural Hybrid Mattress deal one of the best we've seen in this year's Presidents' Day sales so far. A queen is discounted to $664 (was $949) making it fantastic value for money in the mid-range market. It's now $1 cheaper than the DreamCloud Hybrid (#3) and is the better choice of the two for hot sleepers and those with shoulder or back pain who want to enjoy the natural pressure reliving benefits of latex. We predict this deal will be popular so don't wait too long if you think it's the best option for your sleep.

6. Helix Midnight Mattress (queen)
Side sleeper comfort
6. Helix Midnight Mattress (queen): was $1,373.75 now $1,099 at Helix Sleep

The Helix Midnight Luxe is our top-ranked mattress for side sleepers, but if it's out of your price range, the mid-range Helix Midnight is a sound alternative. We also recommend the original Helix Midnight for side sleepers who like more of that sink-in softness, as the Midnight Luxe has a lifted feel. In our Helix Midnight Mattress review, we praised its soothing pressure relief and excellent motion isolation. While you can buy it now for 20% off plus a pair of free pillows, there's a chance we'll see that discount increase to 25% or 27% the closer we get to Presidents' Day, potentially dropping the price of a queen Helix Midnight by another $100. But if you can't wait and want to advantage of this Helix mattress sale instead, you're still getting a good deal on a great hybrid mattress. It comes with a 10-year warranty and a 100-night trial.

7. Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Adapt Mattress (queen)
Back pain relief
7. Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Adapt Mattress (queen): was $2,199 now $2,099 at Tempur-Pedic

A $100 discount may not seem like much, but considering how rare Tempur-Pedic mattress sales are for current models, any savings is a good one. This is the lowest price for any Tempur-Pedic mattress that doesn't come rolled and packed in a box. In our Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Adapt review, we rated it high for pressure relief and overall support. (Tempur Material is amazing for soothing those aches and pains.) It also has sturdy edges, which isn't common praise for all-foam mattresses. On the other hand, it traps heat so consider upgrading to one of Tempur's cooling models if you're a hot sleeper. (Tempur-Breeze mattresses are $300 off right now.) The amenities are weak compared to other luxury brands (90-night trial and 10-year warranty), but free in-home delivery is a nice perk.

Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025: best deals by sleep position

Back sleepers

Birch Natural Mattress (queen)
Birch Natural Mattress (queen): was $1,873.33 now $1,405 at Birch Living

Our lead tester for our Birch Natural mattress review found this organic mattress to be ideal for back sleepers, but stomach sleepers should feel well supported on this bed too thanks to the medium-firm feel. While there's usually 20% off this bed, a 25% deal has been rolled out for Presidents' Day.

Layla Essential mattress (queen)
Layla Essential mattress (queen): was $699 now $399 at Layla Sleep

The testing panel for the Layla Essential mattress review found this budget all-foam mattress to surprisingly offer a lot of back support, along with great temperature regulation. Along with $300 off a queen, you'll also get two free pillows, a 120-night sleep trial, and a 10-year warranty.

Nolah Evolution Hybrid mattress (queen)
Nolah Evolution Hybrid mattress (queen): at Nolah Mattress

The Evolution comes in a choice of three firmness options, but we found the luxury firm option we tested for the Nolah Evolution 15 mattress review to offer the most comfort to average-sized back sleepers (130lbs-230lbs). While the standard sale offers a queen for $1,624, you get an extra $50 off with our code TOMS50OFF. Extras include a lifetime warranty and 120-night sleep trial.

Side sleepers

Zinus 12" Green Tea Memory Foam mattress (queen)
Zinus 12" Green Tea Memory Foam mattress (queen): at Amazon

We recently tested the 10" version of the Green Tea in our Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress review, and found it to be one of the best cheap mattresses thanks to the pressure relief for side sleepers - so this taller version is sure to add great contouring comfort. Thanks to a 15% off sale at Amazon, a queen Zinus is now $195.00 (down from $229.99). Extras include 100-day returns and free shipping.

Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress (queen)
Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress (queen): was $1,999 now $1,399 at Leesa

The Leesa Sapira may be a medium-firm hybrid mattress, but our Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress review found it to be the best for side sleepers thanks to its gentle body-contouring feel. While the Sapira is usually 20% to 25% off, there's now a 30% sale at Leesa for Presidents' Day. Benefits include a lifetime warranty, free shipping and returns, and a 100-night sleep trial.

Amerisleep AS3 Hybrid mattress (queen)
Amerisleep AS3 Hybrid mattress (queen): was $1,949 now $1,249 at Amerisleep

Thanks to the brand's pressure-reliving plant-based Bio-Pur foam, the AS3 Hybrid is perfect for soothing side sleepers' shoulders and hips. When trying out this mattress for our Amerisleep AS3 mattress review, we loved how cool and plush this medium-feel hybrid slept. Along with the $450 off, our exclusive code FREEFLEXPILLOWFOUNDATION will also score you free pillows and a foundation. Benefits include free shipping and returns, a 100-night sleep trial, and a 20-year warranty.

Stomach sleepers

Sleepy's By Sealy Memory Foam Firm Mattress (queen)
Sleepy's By Sealy Memory Foam Firm Mattress (queen): was $1,099 now $329.99 at Mattress Firm

The Sleepy's by Sealy Memory Foam Mattress has a simple build that pairs gel infused memory foam with dense support foam to create a firm feel for stomach sleepers. There's currently 70% off in a limited time sale at Mattress Firm, reducing a queen size to only $329 (was $1,099), with a 120-night trial and 10-year warranty. If this isn't quite what you're after, the Siena Memory Foam Mattress has a similar all-foam firmness at a comparably budget price.

Plank Firm mattress (queen)
Plank Firm mattress (queen): was $1,332 now $932.40 at Plank Mattress

Our Plank Firm Mattress review team found this bed excels at support. The firm feeling all-foam mattress has minimal sink, keeping the hips lifted to alleviate pain in stomach sleepers. It can sleep slightly warm — consider either upgrading to the GlacioTex cover or a hybrid build such as the Helix Dawn mattress. There's normally 25% off the Plank Firm, with the current 30% off sale matching the Black Friday price drop. A queen is now $932.40 (was $1,332) and comes with a 120-night trial and lifetime warranty.

Helix Dusk Luxe mattress (queen)
Helix Dusk Luxe mattress (queen): was $2,373.33 now $1,732.54 at Helix Sleep

Described as one of the "most comfortable mattresses we've ever tested" in our Helix Dusk Luxe mattress review, this luxury bed has a plusher feel than many of the best mattresses for stomach sleepers while still providing firm lumbar support. Our code TOMS27 will save you 27% at Helix, reducing a queen to $1,732.54 (was $2,373), plus you get a free bedding bundle. We haven't seen a better offer from Helix in a long time.

Combi-sleepers

Serta Perfect Sleeper Charlotte 2.0 Mattress (queen)
Serta Perfect Sleeper Charlotte 2.0 Mattress (queen): was $1,199 now $399.99 at Mattress Firm

The Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress was so named because it's meant to be perfect for any sleep style. At only $399.99 for a queen that's a big claim from a budget mattress, but with a plush Euro-top cushioning side sleepers and zoned lumbar support for back sleepers, we think this is a good all-rounder. If you have a bigger budget the DreamCloud Mattress will provide more durable support, but this is a good choice for a guest room.

Tuft & Needle Original Mattress (queen)
Tuft & Needle Original Mattress (queen): was $895 now $716 at Tuft & Needle

This entry-level all-foam mattress is 20% off in the Tuft & Needle Presidents' Day sale, knocking a queen to just $716 (was $895). The lead tester in our Tuft & Needle Original Mattress review team found this all-foam bed supported side and back sleeping, with a gentle sink that was both pressure relieving and easy to move around on (the Bear Original Mattress is a similar choice.) Combination sleepers who regularly roll onto their front should opt for something firmer, such as the DreamCloud Mattress.

Bear Elite Hybrid mattress (queen)
Bear Elite Hybrid mattress (queen): was $2,305 now $1,499 at Bear Mattress

The Elite Hybrid comes in a soft, medium or firm feel, but it's the medium we tested for our Bear Elite Hybrid Mattress review and it's this feel we recommend for all sleep positions. (If you have a light build, the soft feel or the plush Helix Midnight Luxe mattress might be better.) Motion isolation is a stand-out feature — good news if you're a restless sleeper who shares a bed. Enjoy 35% off in the evergreen Bear sale, reducing a queen to $1,499 (was $2,305.) You get a 120-night trial, to test out every sleep position.

Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025: best cheap mattress deals

1. Siena Memory Foam Mattress (queen): was from $769 $358 at Siena Sleep

1. Siena Memory Foam Mattress (queen): was from $769 $358 at Siena Sleep
If you're looking for a reliable bed that won't break the bank, the Siena is our best cheap mattress pick. A queen is now only $359 (was $769) in one of the best sales we've seen from Siena, and it comes with a 180-night trial and 10-year warranty. Unusually for a budget-friendly all-foam mattress, the Siena has a firmer feel that appealed to the stomach and back sleepers in our Siena Memory Foam Mattress review team. For a softer side sleeper alternative, consider the DreamFoam Mattress, currently 30% off in the Brooklyn Bedding Sale, or the Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress.

2. Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress (queen):was $599now $195 at Amazon

2. Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress (queen): was $599 now $195 at Amazon
The Zinus Green Tea offers body-contouring plushness for side sleepers and consistently low price tag. In our Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress review we praised its pressure relief, but found it did sleep a little warm. You can now buy a 12” Queen Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress at Amazon for $195, which undercuts prices at Zinus by over $150. However, it's unclear if you're still elibible for the 100-night sleep trial, free shipping, and a 10-year warranty if buying from Amazon.

3. Layla Essential Mattress (queen): was $699now $399 + free pillows at Layla Sleep

3. Layla Essential Mattress (queen): was $699 now $399 + free pillows at Layla Sleep
The Layla Essential is a hidden gem, quite literally — it’s difficult to find on Layla’s website. But this is Layla's most budget-friendly bed and for Presidents' Day, you can get $300 off plus free shipping, a 120-night sleep trial, a 10-year warranty and free pillows. Our Layla Essential mattress review found this bed delivers great support for back sleepers while maintaining a cooler feel overnight (unusual, for a low-cost all-foam design.) But be aware that it doesn’t have the best edge support or motion isolation.

4. 8” Linenspa Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress (queen):was $249now $212.49 with code TAKE15 at Linenspa

4. 8” Linenspa Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $249 now $212.49 with code TAKE15 at Linenspa
During testing for our Linenspa Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress review, we found this budget-friendly hybrid to be perfect for guest rooms and growing children. At just 8” tall it's below our recommend mattress thickness for adults, but the firmer feel will suit lightweight stomach sleepers on a budget. And while it won't be the most durable or supportive choice, its a reliable bed for anyone needing mattress for short-term use. Right now, you can save 15% on a queen Linenspa Hybrid with code TAKE15, plus get free shipping and a 10-year warranty.

Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025: Best hybrid mattress deals

1. Allswell 10” Hybrid Mattress (queen): $284 at Walmart

1. Allswell 10” Hybrid Mattress (queen): $284 at Walmart
The Allswell mattress is one of the most affordable hybrid mattresses on the market, with our Allswell mattress review testers praising its low price and strong support. It doesn't have the durability of a more expensive hybrid, but this bed is perfect for those on a tight budget, especially back or stomach sleepers. Side sleepers, however, will need something softer (or consider adding a mattress topper — we've rounded up some deals below.) While there’s currently no discount, the cheap MSRP means you’ll get a great deal regardless. With a starting price of $194, the mattress comes with a 10-year warranty, free shipping, and 90-day returns.

2. Nectar Classic Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $1,664 now $799 + free bedding at Nectar

2. Nectar Classic Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $1,664 now $799 + free bedding at Nectar
Nectar’s hybrid equivalent to its entry-level all-foam bed, the Nectar Classic Hybrid is a 12” medium-firm mattress with individually-wrapped coils for support and memory foam layers for comfort. There’s now a huge Presidents' Day flash sale at Nectar which offers up to $898 worth of free bedding — an unprecedented deal, considering Nectar rarely alters its sales. A queen is currently $799 (with a total value of $1,664), and all Nectar mattress purchases come with generous extras: a forever warranty, 365-night sleep trial, and free shipping and returns.

3. Puffy Royal Hybrid mattress (queen):was $3,649now $2,299 + free pillows at Puffy

3. Puffy Royal Hybrid mattress (queen): was $3,649 now $2,299 + free pillows at Puffy
If you’re after a premium hybrid mattress this Presidents' Day, the Puffy Royal lives up to its name. During our Puffy Royal Hybrid mattress review our testers loved the ultra-plush feel it delivers for side and back sleepers. However, while this sink-in softness offers great motion isolation, it does create lackluster edge support. Right now, you’ll get $1,350 off a queen Royal with code PRESIDENT, plus free luxury pillows worth $240. We’ve never seen the Royal lower than this price, so if you buy now, you're unlikely to miss a better deal in the future. Extras include a 101-night sleep trial, free shipping and returns, and a lifetime warranty.

Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025: best memory foam mattress deals

1. Bear Original Mattress (queen): was $998now $649 at Bear

1. Bear Original Mattress (queen): was $998 now $649 at Bear
In our Bear Original mattress review we found this affordable all-foam bed delivers excellent value for money, with a medium-firm feel that supports most sleepers. Yes, it can sleep a little hot, but if you have money in the budget you can upgrade to the Celliant-infused cover (the same cover that earned high praise in our Bear Elite Hybrid Mattress review.) A queen is $649 in the Presidents' Day sale (was 998) and comes with a lifetime warranty, 120-night sleep trial and some free pillows. We have seen Bear increase the discount to 40%, but that's a rare saving — we predict this is the best you'll get.

2. Saatva Contour5 Mattress (queen):was $2,999now $2,599 at Saatva

2. Saatva Contour5 Mattress (queen): was $2,999 now $2,599 at Saatva
Memory foam isn't always known as the most luxurious material, but the Saatva Contour5 has a sumptuous feel that hugs the joints. And with two firmness levels to choose from, our Saatva Contour5 Mattress review team found it suits a range of sleep styles. With $400 off in the Saatva Presidents' Day sale, a queen is now $2,599 (was $2,999) and comes with a lifetime warranty, full year's trial and free white glove delivery. But if you're not in a rush, you might want to wait for the next 15% off flash sale.

Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025: best cooling mattress deals

1. Siena 10” Gel Memory Foam Mattress (queen):was $769now $359 at Siena

1. Siena 10” Gel Memory Foam Mattress (queen): was $769 now $359 at Siena
Although not a cooling mattress per se, in our Siena Memory Foam Mattress review we found the temperature regulation much better than we had expected for a budget all-foam bed. Our tester “surprisingly didn’t break a sweat once” during one of the hottest summers on record, thanks to a moisture-wicking breathable cover and layer of gel memory foam. Despite the all-foam build, this is a firm mattress and we recommend it to back and stomach sleepers. For Presidents’ Day, Siena is knocking 60% off, bringing a queen to $359 (was $699). We usually see a queen sold for $399, so this is an exciting price drop

2. Emma Hybrid Cooling Elite mattress (queen):was $1,989now $795 at Emma

2. Emma Hybrid Cooling Elite mattress (queen): was $1,989 now $795 at Emma
The 14-inch tall, eight-layer Emma Hybrid Cooling Elite mattress combines a range of cooling tech to help put night sweats to rest. First there’s an UltraDry cover that wicks away sweat; then there’s heat-conducting graphite-infused foam to draw warmth from the body, plus Emma’s signature Airgocell foam to absorb excess body heat. As always in the best hybrid mattresses, a layer of individually wrapped coils enhance airflow. The Presidents’ Day Emma mattress sale knocks 60% off, bringing a queen size to $795 (was $1,989) — that equals a saving of $1,194, and you’ll get free delivery, a 100-night trial and a 10-year warranty.

3. Saatva Latex Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $2,499now $2,099 at Saatva

3. Saatva Latex Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $2,499 now $2,099 at Saatva

Complete with GOLS-certified organic natural latex, this mattress is breathable, moisture-wicking and free of harmful chemicals. The Saatva Presidents’ Day sale knocks $400 off all sizes of the Latex Hybrid, bringing a queen to $2,099 (was $2,499), which is the best deal we’ve seen on this cooling luxury mattress. Plus you’ll benefit from Saatva’s outstanding perks including free White Glove delivery, a lifetime warranty and 1-year sleep trial.

1. Leesa Studio Mattress (queen): was $799now $559 at Leesa

1. Leesa Studio Mattress (queen): was $799 now $559 at Leesa
In our Leesa Studio mattress hands-on review we found this budget-friendly bed delivers the kind of dense, squishy pressure relief we've come to expect from a premium Tempur-Pedic mattress. The motion isolation is also excellent but the weak edges are a disappointment. The current 30% off Presidents' Day deal matches the best sale we've seen from Leesa, with a queen only $599. And you get two free pillows, a lifetime warranty and a 100-night trial.

2. Helix Midnight Elite mattress (queen): was $3,748now $2,736.04 at Helix

2. Helix Midnight Elite mattress (queen): was $3,748 now $2,736.04 at Helix

One contains the sturdy spring base that provides pressure relieving support, the other has the thick pillow-top cushioning we loved for side sleeping in our Helix Midnight Elite mattress hands-on. Code TOMS27 saves you 27% on the Midnight Elite, and you get a free bedding bundle plus a 100-night trial and lifetime warranty. A queen is now $2,736.04 (was $3,748.)

The c2 is one of the best budget options from this leading smart bed brand, combining dual adjustable firmness, AI sleep tracking and contouring pressure relief for just $999 in a queen size (was $1,299). 2. Eight Sleep Pod 4 smart mattress cover (queen): was $2,649 now $2,599 at Eight Sleep
Complete with independent, responsive climate regulation, a thermal vibration alarm and sleep tracking sensors, the Eight Sleep Pod 4 is our top smart bed. Our Eight Sleep Pod 4 review lead tester credits this smart mattress cover for improving their sleep quality and overall recovery (and they're training for a marathon.) Eight Sleep mattress sales are infrequent and generous price cuts are rare, so while $50 off might not be a major price drop, it's a good saving from this leading sleep tech brand. Note you’ll have to budget for a monthly subscription fee (starting at $17/month) to access all features the pod has to offer too.

3. Sleep Number ClimateCool smart bed (queen): was $5,499now $4,399.20 at Sleep Number

3. Sleep Number ClimateCool smart bed (queen): was $5,499 now $4,399.20 at Sleep Number
Specializing in smart temperature regulation, this is the smart bed for those with hot flushes and night sweats. The dynamic airflow system allows you to adjust the bed up to 15 degrees cooler on each side of the bed, to suit you and your partner’s temperature preferences. Yes, it is luxurious option with a premium price tag to match, but year-round hot sleepers will know it's hard to put a price on comfortable, cool sleep. Plus the current Sleep Number sale knocks 20% off all sizes of the Climate Cool, bringing a queen size down to $4,399.20 from $5,499 — that translates to a saving of $1,099.80. And it's not all about the cooling: expect Sleep Number’s signature adjustable firmness and nightly sleep metric tracking as well.

Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025: best organic mattress deals

1. Sunrise Bedding 8-inch Natural Latex Mattress (queen):$429.96 at Amazon

1. Sunrise Bedding 8-inch Natural Latex Mattress (queen): $429.96 at Amazon
At eight inches tall the Sunrising Bedding mattress is a little under our recommended mattress thickness of 10 inches, but the firm and durable latex foams used in the construction should be comfortable for back and stomach sleeping. Alternatively, this is a great choice for a guest room. Currently only the twin size is reduced (now $333.95 down from $365.99), but while we're keeping our fingers crossed for a sale on the queen, $429.95 is still a bargain for a latex bed and you get a 120-night sleep trial.

2. Awara Natural Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $949now $664.30 at Amazon

2. Awara Natural Hybrid Mattress (queen): was $949 now $664.30 at Amazon
In our Awara Natural Hybrid Mattress review we found this latex hybrid bed delivers a firmer support that's surprisingly versatile, although the bouncy feel allows for more motion isolation than we'd like. Awara recently refreshed its mattress line-up, meaning this old model is a steal on Amazon: just $664.30 for a queen (was 949.) And you still get a lifetime warranty and a 365-night trial.

3. Naturepedic Concerto Pillow-Top Mattress (queen):was $2,799now $2,239.20 at Naturepedic

Our Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Mattress Topper review lead tester loved the luxe pressure relief of this topper (although stomach sleepers may find it too soft), and enjoyed how much cooler it slept than the original. 2. Adagio 2" Organic Latex Mattress Topper (queen): was $749 now $599.20 at Naturepedic
The Adagio 2" Organic Latex is a pricey topper, but it’s here for two reasons: (1) it's an affordable alternative to an organic latex mattress; and (2) it’s hardly ever on sale. Thanks to a Presidents' Day promo code (PRESDAY20), you can now take 20% off the Adagio 2” Organic Latex Mattress Topper, saving you almost $150 on a queen. If you’re still uncertain about the price, you can literally sleep on your decision with a 100-night sleep trial and free returns. Plus you can read our full Naturepedic Adagio Organic Latex Mattress Topper review to see if it’s right for you.

Presidents' Day mattress sales FAQ

When do Presidents' Day mattress sales 2025 start?

Presidents' Day takes place on Monday 17 February 2025 but this year's mattress sales are already live. A lot of this year's Presidents' Day mattress sales are discounts we see most months simply dressed up as holiday offers, but a small handful are genuinely cheaper compared to the average month. We've flagged those up in an 'editor's choice' section at the top of this guide.

Do stores run Presidents' Day mattress sales?

Major mattress stores always run Presidents' Day sales, and some of them can be as good as the mattress deals we see online. However, unlike online shopping, you'll need to physically travel to a brick-and-mortar store to see what discounts they're offering.

If you prefer in-store shopping, we encourage you to ask the sales staff the following questions to make sure you are getting a good deal and fair purchasing terms:

  • What is the MSRP of this mattress?
  • What is the lowest price you have sold it for recently?
  • What trial period does it come with?
  • What is the warranty period?
  • What is your refund and exchange policy?
  • Do you offer free shipping?
  • Do you offer old mattress removal either for free or at a cost?
  • How long does this Presidents' Day mattress deal last for?

Are Presidents' Day sales a good time to buy a mattress?

Presidents' Day is the first major retail holiday of the year. So if you're in the market for a new mattress, sheets, or bedding, Presidents Day mattress sales are where you'll find the deals.

That said, there are other times throughout the year where we see particularly strong mattress discounts. Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day are also excellent opportunities to purchase a new mattress.
