Can I bring my old phone to Ultra Mobile?
Most unlocked smartphones can be used on the Ultra Mobile network. This includes popular models like the iPhone 16, Google Pixel 8, Galaxy S24, and more. Although you can buy a new handset when you sign up for an Ultra Mobile plan, you don't need to if you already have an unlocked phone that's compatible with their network. You can check your phone's compatibility via the Ultra Mobile website.
What is Ultra Mobile recharge?
Ultra Mobile recharge cards allow customers to top up their mobile balance, so Ultra Mobile recharge is effectively just the company's name for top-ups. You can arrange to 'recharge' your plan online or in-store. If you're recharging your plan online, just enter your Ultra Mobile login to sign into your account and navigate to accounts and plans to get started.
What is Ultra Mobile's return policy?
Ultra Mobile will honor returns for SIM cards within 10 days of purchase. The card must be returned in its original packaging and it must not be activated. Phones may be returned within 7 days from when you received your phone. All returned merchandise must come with the original manufacturer's packaging, literature, accessories, instructions, blank warranty cards, and documentation.
