Yes, all mattresses come with free delivery and are made-to-order. Silentnight aims to deliver all mattresses within 21 days of your order from the date of purchase. Bed frames take up to 10 days from the date of purchase, and the courier will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
What is the Silentnight comfort guarantee?
The comfort exchange policy allows you a 60-night trial to adjust to your new mattress fully. If you're not completely satisfied after 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for a different mattress.
How do I wash a Silentnight electric blanket?
All Silentnight blankets are machine washable. First, lift the flap so the small round button is released. Then, pull to release the cord. Once done, the blanket can be machine washed on the wool setting at a maximum of 40°C. After washing, it can either be air-dried or tumble-dried in a low-heat setting.
