Secretlab typically processes and ships its products within 1 working day, with an expected delivery time of 1-3 days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 days for everywhere else in Australia. Priority shipping is also available for same or next-day shipping, with an estimated delivery time shown at checkout.
How long is the Australian warranty on Secretlab products?
Secretlab offers 3 years warranty in Australia as standard, with the option to extend to 5 years when you share a public post about your purchase on social media with the hashtag #Secretlab. In order to claim your extended warranty, copy the post's URL and submit it to the extended warranty section of Secretlab's website.
Are repairs covered by Secretlab warranty in Australia?
Repairs are covered by Secretlab's warranty, however, aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not. To make a warranty claim, submit an image or video highlighting the affected area via Secretlab's Contact page.
