Is there a myQ app?
Yes, the myQ app is free download for Apple and Android devices via the Google Play and Apple App stores. Users can control the devices connected to your smart home such as lights and doors, allow access to your home for up to 5 accounts, create schedules and PIN codes for your household to use, and run diagnostic tests on your garage doors.
Is my car compatible with myQ?
A number of car brands are compatible with the myQ Connected Garage Monitor, which lets you control your smart home & garage from inside your vehicle via the app. These features are available for Nissan, Tesla, INFINITI, Honda, Acura, Mercedez-Benz, Volkswagen and Mitsubishi cars, as well as STEER tech autonomous parking.
Do I need to pay for a myQ subscription?
No, myQ devices can be used with the free to download app. You'll only need to pay for a subscription if you're looking to use premium features. Subscription costs start from $3 per month depending on which products you're looking to use.
