Does Hypnia offer free delivery?
Standard delivery to the ground floor of your home is completely free of charge at Hypnia. Delivery takes 3-5 business days and is delivered from their warehouse in Chichester. Premium delivery to your bedroom is also available but comes with a surcharge. Return deliveries to Hypnia are also free if you aren’t satisfied with your mattress.
Can you sleep on a Hypnia foam mattress straight away?
Because of how memory foam mattresses are stored and delivered, you will need up to 72 hours to expand to their proper size before using them entirely. Hypnia also recommends airing out the mattress by opening a window for a few hours until any plastic or chemical smells from the packaging disappear.
How often should I flip my Hypnia mattress?
Memory foam mattresses are single-sided, so they do not need to be flipped or turned around. Hypnia stands by the quality of its mattresses entirely, and its memory foam mattresses are guaranteed to last for 15 years, so there should be no need to flip your mattress during its lifespan. However, if you need to fix anything with your mattress, contact the Hypnia customer service team for help.
How does the 200-night trial work?
The 200-night trial period starts the moment your new mattress is delivered. If you aren’t completely satisfied, simply contact the Hypnia customer service team. They'll arrange for a courier to pick up the mattress at a convenient time for you. Upon its return, you'll receive a full refund. Afterwards, your mattress will either be refurbished, donated to a charity, or properly recycled.
