Does ecoATM buy locked devices?
Yes, ecoATM will offer quotes on locked & unlocked tech, so you don't need to worry about making sure you've unlocked your device before you sell it. Just make sure to let them know in the quote process and be sure to factory reset before you take it to the kiosk!
How do I prepare my device for dropping off?
To get your tech ready to be sold, ecoATM requires you to perform a factory reset (and also disable the "Find My iPhone" feature on iPhones). You will also need to bring photo ID along to the drop-off with you to verify your identity and eligibility to sell your devices.
