Does Boden offer free shipping?
Boden offers free shipping on orders of £50 or more. Alternatively, orders under £50 will incur a £3.95 shipping fee. Shoppers also have the option to choose express shipping for £7.95 or Click and Collect (curbside pickup) for £3.50.
Are there any non-refundable items at Boden?
Although Boden returns are free, certain items aren't eligible for return. That includes swimwear (if the hygiene straps have been removed), earrings (if the internal packaging seal has been broken), and face covering products (if the packaging has been open).
What is the Boden 365-day Quality Guarantee?
After Boden's standard 90-day return period (14 days for sale items), shoppers can return anything that does not meet Boden's quality standards up until one year after your order arrived for account credit.
What is Boden Care: Repair: Rewear?
Boden's Care: Repair: Rewear policy applies to faulty items. Simply send the item back to Boden and the company will fix and return it to you in like new condition. All repairs are made in-house, and come at a small fee if your garment’s over a year old, or for free if still within the guarantee.
What is the Boden Refer A Friend policy?
Boden offers a refer a friend policy for its loyal customers. You must opt into the program via the Boden website and you'll need your friend's e-mail. Your friend will then get £20 off their first purchase and you'll receive a £10 credit when your friend completes their first purchase.
What is Boden's return policy?
Boden returns are free within the UK when orders are made directly through Boden. If you return an item in its original condition within 90-days of receipt, or 14-days for sale items, you'll get back the amount you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order.

Wait for Boden Pop-Up sales sales: Boden Pop-Up sales are held throughout the year at various stores. You can see the dates at the Boden website along the corresponding store that will offer the sale. During the sale, you can expect to find tops from £15, dresses from £30, and coats/jackets from £45.
