Does Boden offer free shipping?
Boden offers free shipping on orders of £50 or more. Alternatively, orders under £50 will incur a £3.95 shipping fee. Shoppers also have the option to choose express shipping for £7.95 or Click and Collect (curbside pickup) for £3.50.
Are there any non-refundable items at Boden?
Although Boden returns are free, certain items aren't eligible for return. That includes swimwear (if the hygiene straps have been removed), earrings (if the internal packaging seal has been broken), and face covering products (if the packaging has been open).
