How much as At Home charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on which delivery option you choose at the checkout. Standard shipping starts from $10.99 and can rise to $19.99 depending on your order total, whilst same-day shipping starts from $10 depending on how close you live to one of the brand's depots. All costs will be displayed at the checkout, so make sure you're happy with what you're being charged for shipping before you place your order.
Is there an At Home app?
Yes, customers can download the At Home app for free for Android and iOS. Once downloaded, the app lets you manage your orders, plus you can see exclusive offers, use the easy in-store shopping feature to speed up ordering, and get all the perks of being an At Home Insider.
What is the At Home returns policy?
If you aren't 100% happy, you can return items to At Home within 60 days of purchasing your items in order to get a refund. To qualify, you'll need to contact the brand to initiate a return, then send your item back in the original packaging at your own cost. Note that many beds & bedding-related products are not eligible to be refunded. At Home Insiders also have longer to send back items, with an extended returns period of 90 days.

Shop the sales: Like many retailers, At Home runs a number of seasonal sales throughout the year, particularly around key holidays such as Black Friday, Memorial Day and Labor Day. We've seen as much as 50% off items in seasonal sales, so keep an eye out around these times of year for more chances to bag lower prices.
