Does Ninja offer free shipping?
Ninja offers free shipping on select appliances only. Items eligible for free shipping will display a free shipping badge/icon. If your item is not eligible for free shipping, costs will be displayed in your basket when you get to the checkout. Make sure you're happy with the charge before you place your order.
What is Ninja's return policy?
Ninja offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, with this period extended to 90 days on selected products. The company will refund your purchase price, but keep in mind that you can't do a product exchange. Note that in most cases you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
