Ester Goldsmith is a sports scientist and exercise physiologist, part of the science team at Fitrwoman and Orreco (a sports science and data analytics company). She received an MsC in Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology at St Mary’s University. She runs herself, but trained as a professional contemporary dancer.
